4. Payments and Pricing

- Any additional work outside scope will be billed separately
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, concepts, and content created by NR DESIGN HOUSE remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or reuse is prohibited.
6. Project Changes
Any changes requested after approval may impact cost and timelines. Revised estimates will be communicated and require client approval before execution.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, NR DESIGN HOUSE shall not be liable for:

- Delays due to force majeure events beyond our control
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments for completed work up to termination remain payable.
